What Is A Leviathan?
A Leviathan is a sea serpent or water dragon. It is featured on nearly all of the Final Fantasy games as a summon, and is one of my favorites. It is long and snakelike in appearence, with large fins and (most) have a beak-like mouth with no teeth.
It is also in the Bible as the 'sister' of the Behemoth. Leviathan was sent to the water caverns below the earth and I don't know what happened to Behemoth. The Opocalypse is supposed to be when Leviathan and Behemoth get together to fight each other. Thats what I've heard it might not be right so don't quote me on it, O.K?
Another sea creature is the Kraken, a Giant squid like thing, but that has nothing to do with Leviathan.
